Mobility Tutorial
Since it seems lower backs seem to be getting tighter and tighter during workouts, we will teach you a plan of attack to see what the problem is. Starting with the hamstrings, then we will move to the hips (anterior and posterior). We will give YOU the tools to mobilize and release the problem area on your own. You will learn the best way to smash and stretch your hamstrings, hip flexors/extensors, and your psoas. If you have been having lower back problems lately, you CANNOT miss today!
