Don’t forget, next week starts the eXalted Essentials class.  It is the perfect class for anyone who doesn’t feel like they are “ready” for CrossFit (even though there is no such thing), or anyone who would like substantial coaching but who is concerned with lifting heavy.  You will learn everything you need to know about CrossFit, but will also have the opportunity to stay as long as you would like in the class.

Rx+ on this workout will be straight through, no partitioning. You may partition this however you want as long as you can do DU’s and still get an Rx next to your name.
