8 Band I’s Y’s and T’s
8 Shoulder dislocates with band
8 Band Presses (stand in band with one foot, press other end of band overhead-one side at a time)

Workout of the Day
30 reps for time:
Snatch (135/93)

For time:
100 V-Ups
Every time you break, perform 5 Arch Rocks
If you cannot do V-Ups you will do tuck-ups (V-ups with bent knees)
