Snatch pull + Below the knee snatch + 2 overhead squats

Workout of the Day
3 rounds for total reps:
AMRAP muscle-ups in 2 minutes
AMRAP wall-balls (30/20) in 2 minutes
AMRAP double-unders in 2 minutes
Rest 1 minute between rounds
