    Max DU’s in 5 mins: 25. I tried to focus on NOT kicking like a donkey, it wasn’t incredibly successful, but there WAS progress made. =]

    C&J 1-1-1-1-1: 113#, and cleaned 118# but I was just too sore to lock-out on the jerk. I thought my previous PR was 103# at the old gym but I checked my book and realized I had done C&J back in October and I got 118# for a PR. No PRs today, super sore! Saving them for next time. =]

    FINALLY got 1 of my 3 eXalted whiteboard goals!! Feels ah-mazing!!

  • Today was like PR Central at the CrossFit eXalted fitness center! lol … but seriously, it was totally amazing to see all of the PR’s on the board tonight!!!

    DU’s: 163. 

    I need to super warm-up before double-unders – my ankles are le weak.

    Everyone’s already heard me squealing about how excited I am about this … Hopefully they’ll post the video of Britt getting her Squat Clean & Jerk PR @ 180# … pretty awesome to witness! =)
