Workout of the Day
In 10 minutes:
Complete 3 rounds of
15 Handstand push-ups
15 Toes to bar
15 Deadlifts (185/133)
Then perform AMRAP of lateral bar burpees in remaining time.
Your score will be your time on the task priority and how many burpees you get. If you are not done with the tasks above 7 minutes in, then you will stop and start burpees right away. If this happens, you will have an AMRAP score for both parts of the workout.
