    my buttefly kip pullup felt like it turned a corner today, the box looks solid, it will look great next week once everything gets tightened up this weekend

    Box jumps were horrible!! Broke pull up sets into: 30, 25, 22, 23

    14:54 75 pullups and 71 box jumps…took 2 min break realized my favorite letters are r and x so went back to the bar and box and hit up 25 more (19 box jumps). Then tried to shoot some hoops and proceeded to miss the rim 7 times…shoulders feel good!!! Go pats!!!
