As heavy as possible, perform the complex:
Push press + Push jerk + Split jerk

This will be done from the rack.

Workout of the Day
10 rounds for time:
12 Burpees
12 Pull-ups

This workout will be capped at 25 minutes.  Workout courtesy of WOD from 121813.  If you can’t do pull-ups, you will do jumping pull-ups as a substitute.
