CrossFit Games Open 13.2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Shoulder-to-overhead (115/75 lbs)
10 Deadlifts (115/75 lbs)
15 Box jumps (24″/20″)
If you are sore from the one rep max we did on Tuesday, you will sub the deadlifts with V-ups unless you are competing in the Open. If you are competing in the Open but feel like you are too sore, shoot to do the Open WOD either Friday or Saturday.
