  • Back Squat 2RM: 135, 185, 225, 265 PR, 275 PR, 285 PR, 290 PR – last time I did a 2RM was in Feb 2010 and I did 245 so this was a 45lb PR!!! also did a 1RM in Oct this year and it was 275lbs – doing the heavy squats twice a week is paying off

    2k Row: 7:00.6 PR uuuuggggghhhhh!!!!!! – wanted to be under 7 min, oh well – did a 2k row in March of 2010 in 7:18 so this was a big PR but I missed my goal by 7/10th of a second
