Starting this week, we are going to be testing maxes to prepare for new strength programming.  PLEASE make sure you record and remember these numbers.  The easiest and best way to do this is to use the WHITEBOARD function right here on the website.  It is very easy to use, stores everything for you, and easy to reference in the future.  Everyone will need these numbers so if you miss a lift, you can make it up.  We are also going to be doing a benchmark every Saturday until the leader board is up to date.  If you are Rx’ing the benchmark and want to compete for a spot on the leader board, you must have someone judge you and it must be done at eXalted.  If you cannot come on a Saturday to do a benchmark, we will let you do it whenever you want, but you must still be judged.  No non judged time will go up on that board from now on.

Warm-up
1 Round:
Run 400 meters
Bear crawl length of gym forwards, backwards
15 squat jumps
20 back extensions

Strength
20 minutes to establish 1 rep max Back Squat

Workout of the Day
In 12 minutes:
Row 1500 meters
then,
AMRAP Bear Complex (115/83) in remaining time
