  • I’ve been doing extra strength work for 8 weeks now and I’m going to deload this week and just do regular programming only

Bench: 135, 185, 205, 225, 245, 265, 275, 280 PR (I thought I had done more previously but looking back at my numbers 275 is the most I’ve done since college, many, many, many years ago)

WoD: 18+6 Rx PR  (I did 15 rounds back in May 2010 but w/ CTB)

  • Michaela

    Bench: 73, 83, 88/f

    WoD: 8 + 26 Rx

  • Bench: 133

    WoD:   9 + 1  Rx’d

  • Anonymous

    Bench 135 185 205 225 235 245 250/f
Felt good to match my PR even after only benching a couple of time in the last 6 mos. Also a bit frustrating that I always stop at 245. Just a tiny bit more to get me to a nice round number! 🙂

    Cindy
    10+17 Rx

    • next time approach your progression for a PR, do 190, 200, 210-240, 250

  • Britt

did Bench 1RM on Friday 168# (happy to match PR I got while doing Sheiko)
Cindy 17+13 Rx (I also got 15 something back in May doing CTB – 15 +26 I believe)

  • D. Vaughan

    Bench press: 225-245-255

Cindy: 19 + 5 Rx (not a PR on BP or Cindy)
