5 front squats + jerk

Workout of the Day
In 20 minutes:
Run 1.5 miles, then in remaining time, perform AMRAP of “Holleyman”
5 wall-balls (20/14)
3 handstand push-ups
1 power clean (225/153)

Everyone runs 1.5 miles!  If you can’t do HSPU, you will do 3 heavy dumbbell push presses instead.  Plan on using the heaviest weight you have ever used for this!
