  • Warm Up:  Snatch DL – 260/3, 260/3

    Thruster/3:  95/3, 135/3, 165/3, 185/3 – stopped there for time, 185 was my goal but it really went up easy, I should have gotten going faster, definitely had  200+ in me, happy I reached my goal, disappointed I didn’t go to failure

    WoD:  12:23 Rx – lower back was on fire!!!!!!!

    Wod: 4 rds + 5 cleans @ 93# … Round 1 of the KB swings and I knew I was in trouble… my back was lit up … ay ay ay … BUT … I got a very painful, but awesome rollout of my calves. Thanks, Britt!!! =)
