EMOM for 16 minutes:
On the 1st minute, perform 2 legless rope climbs.
On the 2nd minute, perform 6 bench presses going AHAP.
On the 3rd minute, perform 15 GHD sit-ups.
On the 4 minute, rest.

Score will be heaviest weight done for 6 unbroken bench presses.
