Double-unders
Sit-ups
then
Climb the ladder in the remaining time:
Squat Clean and Jerk (185/133)
1 Rope Climb

“Annie” is capped at 10 minutes no matter what.
Clean and Jerks increase by 1 every round, the rope climb stays the same.
