Great video with Jason Khalipa’s endurance coach, former triathlete Chris Hinshaw.  Chris provides some interesting insight on CrossFit and how it compares to his training for triathlons and also how CrossFit has got his times back down after retiring from the sport.  Video courtesy of crossfit.com.

Workout of the Day
Practice snatch balance. If you have done this before and are familiar with the movement, do a heavy single. If you haven’t done it, you are going to stay light and practice the movement. If you have flexibility issues or have not even done overhead squatting before, you will do a heavy single overhead squat.

Rest two minutes

5 Power cleans (155/113)
10 Burpees
