Ashley P utilizing a great scale for pistols that helps makes sure the whole range of motion is trained.  If you have the mobility, you need the strength and balance!

Strength
Weighted Pull-up
Find your 2 rep max.
Try and beat 080516.

Workout of the Day
4 rounds for time:
10 power cleans (155/108)
15 handstand push-ups
400 meter run

Rest 3 minutes in between rounds

Scale this so you can do pretty much every rep of the clean and HSPU in every round pretty much unbroken.  If you are getting stuck on the HSPU’s, scale the amount right away.  Each round is designed to be a “sprint.”  Finish hard on that 400!  Score is total time including the rest.  Workout is capped at 30 minutes unless you get to the last run.
