Overhead Squat
Find your 2 rep max.
Each rep will have a 5 second hold in the bottom. If you are not mobile enough for overhead squats, you will do the same protocol, except with front squats.

Workout of the Day
5 rounds for time:
10 push presses (165/113)
20 pistols
40 double-unders

This workout is capped at 20 minutes.  Scale the pistols by using a band in a squat rack or the usual way, to a box or bench.
