3 Front Squats + 1 Jerk

Workout of the Day
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
10 Muscle-ups
20 Wall-balls (20/14)

If you can’t do muscle-ups, you will do 10 pull-ups and 10 ring dips instead.  Scale the ring dips to 10 HRPU if you can’t do dips.  No band dips allowed.
