Workout of the Day
Based off of Ben Bergeron’s Competitor’s WOD,

For time:
30 Power Snatches, 75/55
45 Burpees
60 Thrusters, 75/55
45 Burpees
30 Power Snatches, 75/55

This workout is capped at 20 minutes.  The barbell weight should be VERY LIGHT.  Going touch and go on the snatches for big sets should be an easy proposition and the thrusters should be able to be done in large sets unbroken.
