Strict pull-ups
Strict Handstand push-ups

This is not for time, but you have 20 minutes to complete it. You choose the weight on the pull-ups, you choose how difficult to make the HSPU. Your only “score” on this is how much weight you used for the pull-ups and what you did for the HSPU.  If you cannot perform HSPU, you will do strict presses with the barbell.  To get an idea of how much weigh to use, you should pick a weight you can get no more than 6-7 reps in a row.  If you do the first set of 10 unbroken, too light.  Same goes for the pull-ups.  If you can’t do pull-ups, grab a band or perform difficult ring rows.  NO KIPPING ANYTHING.
