Big D in dallas

Coach Big D had a great meet at Nationals in Dallas this past weekend. He PR’d his meet snatch and ended with a 305 total. Very impressive considering Daniel re injured his ankle just a week ago and could barely walk without using a crutch!

At the end, spend 2-3 minutes mobilizing your front rack.
