War on Wall Street! The eX Men didn’t quite perform as we hoped but it wasn’t a bad day overall.  Definitely gave us an idea of what we need to work on.

Workout of the Day
For time:
Push Press 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 (155/108)
Each round of push press begins with 8 chest-to-bar pull-ups.

Pull-ups will be scaled to normal pull-ups or the amount cut down. If you can’t do pull-ups at all, you will do jumping pull-ups.  If you need to scale the push presses, they need to be heavy.  This WOD is capped at 20 minutes.
