    … Round 2 of HSPU … wow … I’ve experienced many “I’m not as strong as I thought” moments throughout my time doing crossfit … but wow … could not seem to make this happen … 15 SCALED HSPU were the most difficult ever … yikes …

    I looooooved this WoD. Sure, maybe I’m biased since this is mostly what I’ve been doing for the last 3 weeks and I can’t do much else, but whatever. Still awesome 🙂
