    WoD B: 5+1 (weighted situps w/ 12kg kettle bell instead of squats)

    Surprisingly my ring dips were great today but my HSPUs really slowed me down.

    WoD: “B” – 8 Rds (ring push-ups & 1 abmat)

    I was able to do the first round with Rx’d HSPU and then after that I desperately needed the abmat …
