    Well lets see… My WoD is no where near the one posted today.  I’ve been instructed to have absolutely NO lower body movements for 4-6 weeks.  

    Bench Press: 53/1,63/1,83/1,93/1,98/1 PR… ran out of time 

    WoD: 

    6 HSPU– since I’m not allowed to kip I’m looking forward to really strengthening this movement!! 🙂
