50 Double-Unders

1x Snatch

*You will have 20 minutes to complete this workout.
*There should be no rest in between double-unders and snatch.
*You should work to rest exactly 2 minutes between rounds.
*Increase load by no more than 10# each round.
*Score is the highest load obtained.

    I was surprised with this workout … I couldn’t seem to string any double unders together before the workout but they seem to come together fine during the workout. I wasn’t sure that I would have been able to snatch as heavy as I did by the last lift after 200 double unders. I had a super slow turnover, but I’m not complaining since I was able to surprise myself. =)
