Warm-up
Run 800 meters

Focus on maintaining good technique. Midfoot strike, high stride frequency, forward lean, and nice high heel pull using your hamstrings.  If you are an advanced athlete and want to run this for time, feel free.

Workout of the Day
For time:
100 Foot walking lunge
50 Push-ups
50 Double-unders
25 Knees to elbow
5 Rope Climbs
50 Box jumps (24/20)
25 Overhead Squats (65/45)
25 L-pullups
50 Sit-ups

There is a 30 minute cap on this workout.
