Saturday’s team of 3 workout took it outside!

Strength
Overhead Squat
Find your 3 rep max.
Each rep will be done with a 2 second pause in the bottom. PLEASE mobilize before!

Workout of the Day
3 rounds for time:
400 meter run
21 Ring dips
12 Squat cleans (155/108)

If you can do ring dips but aren’t very good at them, cut the reps down. If you cannot ring dip, you will do 21 STRICT hand release push-ups instead.  This workout is capped at 20 minutes, if you get to the squat cleans, you may finish.
