    KBS – 60+ first round 1.5 pood, 35+ second round 2 pood

    WoD – 6 rounds Rx, started in WL shoes, decided in the middle of round 2 HSPU to switch, lost some time but the weight loss helped on the HSPU the rest of the way

    My biceps and forearms are cooked from Saturday, first time doing 100 PU’s this year, need to get back on those
