If you can squat jerk, you can overhead squat without restriction.  Can’t wait to try this one!

Strength
Behind the neck snatch grip push press + 3 overhead squats
As heavy as possible.
This must be a push press, jerks will not be allowed. Focus on pushing the bar straight up and finishing with arms externally rotated. (show the armpit forward)

Workout of the Day
For time:
1000 meter row
50 Toes to bar
30 Clean and jerks (135/93)

This workout will be capped at 20 minutes. If you cannot do “Grace” in 7 minutes or less with Rx weight (135/93), scale the load.
