    WoD – 16:40, 10# counter weight and 10# under heel for pistols, last 12 reps my ankle opened up finally!!!!!

    Although I DNF I’m SO happy I actually did pistols in a WoD. The first 15 were rough but then they progressively got easier and faster for me. SAW has helped me a lot!

    WoD: Couldn’t make it to box so subbed 1 mile run for the Row. 50 pistols and got through 20 cleans at 135. Didn’t reralize it was switched to 30 pistols for rx so may have got the 30 cleans with the extra time. Anyway happy to have done 50 pistols rx.
