Workout of the Day
In 15 minutes,
Row 1000 meters
40 Handstand push-ups
20 Squat cleans (135/93)
20 Squat cleans (155/113)
AMRAP squat cleans (185/133) in remaining time.

Your score on this workout will be total repetitions including HSPUs completed.  Also, if you cannot do HSPU’s, you will push press your starting barbell weight.  If you are going to give the HSPU’s a try, you will be capped at 10 minutes and forced to move on to the cleans.
