These will be pause back squats. Each rep will have a 3 second pause in the bottom.
Workout of the Day
In one minute, perform 40 double-unders
In two minutes, perform AMRAP of
5 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
5 Front squats (155/108)
5 Lateral bar burpees
There is no rest in between rounds.
If you don’t complete the 40 double-unders in the minute, you must take the next 2 minutes of the AMRAP OFF until you complete the 40 double-unders in the minute.
