In case you haven’t heard, eXalted will be “Pumping Iron” on some Sundays now. Sundays are officially time to get “Jacked and Tan” at eXalted! Now you can finally bench press, curl, and tricep push down to your heart’s content!  Just another way to show our appreciation to our members.  Some of you have been asking for an open gym as a way to do this. . .here you go!

Strength
Every two minutes for 14 minutes:
Perform 5 unbroken (nonstop, no resting) thrusters. Every set should be heavy, warm-up takes place before that clock starts.

Your score on this is the heaviest load you get for 5 thrusters.

Workout of the Day
5 rounds for time:
3 Hang squat cleans (185/133)
6 Muscle-ups
9 Bar facing burpees

If you can’t do MU’s, you will do 6 ring pull-ups and 6 ring dips instead.
