(may switch to split jerk if push jerk falls apart)

Workout of the Day
3 Rounds for time:
12 Box Jumps (30/24)
9 Thrusters (135/93)
6 Muscle-ups
3 Squat snatches

This workout is capped at 15 minutes. You may choose to do either double the number of chest-to-bar pull-ups, ring dips, or ring push-ups if you cannot do muscle-ups. Recognize these movements may still show up sometime this week.
