  • Squat Program Week 2:

    2 sets of 245/2, this week is the calm before the storm

  • WOD: 23:30 w/ 3 ring MU

    REALLY REALLY HAPPY…. did ring MU unbroken, for the first 2 rounds. Then did 1, & 2 for the last round. First time ever w/ unbroken MU…. especially in WOD!

    Elbow doesn’t hurt that bad… maybe I’m turing the corner on this??
