    HSn – 95, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155 PR, 165/f – first time snatching since Thanksgiving, decided to give it whirl and see if it irritated my Achilles. No real problems, it’s hard to pull like hell then drop and land softly

    -So excited about this – this is actually my 1RM for my Snatch from the floor!!!

    WoD: 7 + 15 @ 63# & band-dips

    I was feeling pretty good at the beginning, but even doing band ring-dips kills my shoulders. I had to no-rep myself a few times… lame. The snatches were easy which actually made me super happy. I didn’t break my set of snatches until I was on the 8th [unfinished] round.
