Strength
With the heaviest weight possible, achieve:
3 Hang Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Shoulder to Overhead
without releasing the bar.

Entire complex must be completed in 60 seconds.

**This is the second WOD from Wodapalooza.  If you are competing, get serious with this, you need to get a good weight in mind for the competition!
