    I saw Britt’s time (14 min w/ the 16# ball) and figured I’d get AT LEAST double that using a 14# ball… I was quite surprised that I finished at the time I did … at one point the arches of my feet were hurting, then when I fixed that minor issue, the pain changed to my groin … bleh! but … I finished!!! 😀 😀 😀
