21 Handstand push-ups
Run 800 meters
15 Front squats (175/133)
15 Handstand push-ups
Run 600 meters
9 Front squats (195/153)
9 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters

The weight for the front squats increases every set. Each person will have four 10 pound plates (two on each side) and after you come in from the run, you will add the weight yourself. Only people who are Rx’ng the WOD are jumping weight each set.

This workout is capped at 25 minutes.
