State champion/Soul Open winner, Coach Big D taking it back to basics with Keith to reinforce the power position. You can expect a lot of one on one coaching at eXalted until you become comfortable with the lifts.  Be nice to Big D today, Will and Britt are taking the day off and going to the Food and Wine Festival!

Workout of the Day
3 rounds:
In 5 minutes, run 400 meters, then perform AMRAP in remaining time of:
5 Deadlifts (275/183)
5 Handstand push-ups
10 Sit-ups

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
