Every odd minute, perform 3 split jerks focusing on technique.
Every even minute, perform one unbroken set of strict pull-ups.
Stay light, focus on being snappy and footwork with the split jerks. Your score on this is total number of strict pull-ups completed. If you are having to use a band, don’t worry about going unbroken, just get as many reps as you can. Good ROM, and don’t burn out the first round!
