Strength
As heavy as possible for:
1 front squat + 1 push press + 2 split jerks

This will be done from the rack.

Workout of the Day
For time:
800 meter row
60 Sit-ups
40 Kettlebell swings (70/53)
20 Muscle-ups

If you can’t do muscle-ups, you will do 20 pull-ups and 20 ring dips instead.
