Kate getting 98 lbs on the complex Thursday.  Notice how she gets more aggressive under the bar with each clean.  Solid technique and confidence will yield noticeable improvement in the Olympic lifts week to week.  Committing to the movement makes both her and her coaches happy.  Getting over the “fear” of getting under the bar is a big step to improving your lifts, otherwise you will be stuck and frustrated until you do so.
