  • Remember, eXalted will have a team competing at the Tampa Throwdown Fitness Festival this weekend in downtown Tampa!  We are sending a six person team consisting of Will, Mike Honey, Josh Cassell, Brittani, Cheyenne, and Erin.  Please wish us luck and feel free to come give us support!  All of the team workouts are being done between 9-11 a.m. on both days.  
  • Classes go as scheduled Friday, but there will be no 11 a.m. on Saturday.  This is going to be PERMANENT unless the 9:30 starts to get busy again.  We are considering other options, but for now if you want to WOD on Saturday, it is going to be at 9:30.

4 Burpees
6 Wall squats
8 Kettlebell romanian deadlifts (heavy kettlebell, 3 second hold at bottom)
10 Band pull-aparts
12 Ring push-ups

“Karen”
For time:
150 Wall-ball shots

Remember, goal is to finish, not to Rx.  Getting a scaled sub 12 “Karen” is better than Rx’ing and going way over 20 minutes!
