EMOM for 20 minutes:
Every odd minute, work your way up to 3 rep max height box jump.
Every even minute, perform 5-10 GHD sit-ups AFAP.
It is ok to share the GHD with someone in the same minute. It should NOT take you anywhere close to the entire minute to get through these.

Squat clean (165lb / 110lb)
Jerk (165lb / 110lb)
This is just essentially an AMRAP of squat clean and jerks in 5 minutes. Squat clean thrusters or “clusters” are allowed.
