Grace’s strength and posture in the bottom of the overhead squat has improved tremendously over the past couple of months. She always had the flexibility, but now has the awareness and tightness she needs to maintain great posture and stability from top to bottom.  The only thing I would like to see are the knees over the feet more.  Knees out!

Warm-up
3 rounds not for time:
30 second run in jump rope
1 minute bird dog hold, alternating every 15 seconds
8 Hollow rocks
6 Dumbbell muscle clean and presses

Workout of the Day
8 rounds for time:
8 Handstand push-ups
200 meter run
8 Deadlifts (225/183)

This workout is capped at 20 minutes.
