As usual, feet under control or you don’t get to add weight!

Click here for a simple video of the hang power snatch.  Watch his feet, he could easily squat as low as he wants/needs to with his foot placement.  The heavier the weight, the lower the catch or the deeper the squat.

4 rounds for time:
400 meter run
40 Double-unders
20 Toes to bar
10 Thrusters (135/93)

Scale the toes to bar down if necessary to finish the workout.  It is capped at 20 minutes.
